Art/comms TOS- Can draw anthro, ferals, and humanoids! Cannot draw mechs.- My turn around time is 2 weeks-1 month. If my turn around time is ever longer than this for any reason I will communicate fully with you.- I will send a WIP for sketch, lineart and flat color for changes at each stage. I am happy to make edits but please try to ask for edits at each stage. If you want major edits after I have finished the piece it may incur an additional fee.- If a refund is needed, I will only refund if the art is not yet in the flat color approval stage as at that point I have nearly finished the art piece.- Please do not use my art for commercial purposes such as selling merch unless we have discussed approval for commercial use. (This would incur an additional fee- if you are needing the commission for commercial use please discuss with me before I start work on the comm)- you must be 18+ with id proof to commission NSFW art from me. No exceptions. This is for my safety as an artist as well as yours as a commissioner. When it comes to NSFW comms I will not draw Loli/shota, zoo/feral NSFW, babyfur content, vore or anything illegal. I will probably draw most other kinks just ask.Adopts TOS- You must have a toyhouse to own my designs. If you need an account I can help get you a code. I must be able to see my own designs, please do not remove them from toyhouse and if you keep my designs on auth only please authorize me.- I do allow redesigns, just please do not remove the original design from toyhouse and try to keep it recognizable to the original design at least.- I allow holds for a maximum of 2 weeks. I also allow payment plans for adopts of $60 or more. Payment plans do require a down payment which we could discuss if need be.- My adopts do not include commercial rights. If you are wanting commercial rights please message me and we can discuss what commercial fees may apply for the character.- Do not commission art of an oc you do not fully own. You may only draw or comm art of an adopt from me once it is transferred to your toyhouse.- If you receive an adopt from me for free, do not resell until you have added value by creating art or commissioning art. You can regift if you would like but resale requires added value.
